B Series Poultry Plucker Machine

B Series Poultry Plucker Machine

The Alberk A-B Series Poultry Plucker Machine is designed to perform the primary automatic defeathering process after poultry carcasses leave the scalding system. As the carcasses travel suspended from shackles along the processing line, they are continuously processed by motor-driven plucking discs and specially designed rubber plucking fingers positioned on both sides of the machine. The adjustable positioning of the plucking units allows the machine to be configured for different bird weights and carcass sizes. Driven by the rotating discs, the rubber plucking fingers mechanically remove feathers from the carcass surface while supporting product integrity and consistent plucking performance. Precise adjustment of the plucking units enables effective contact with the carcasses throughout the process, contributing to reliable feather removal during continuous operation. Depending on processing line capacity and specific production requirements, the Alberk A-B Type Poultry Plucking Machine can be manufactured in 32, 48, 64, 72, or 96-disc configurations, making it suitable for poultry processing lines with different throughput requirements. Its robust stainless steel construction and adjustable plucking units provide high, consistent, and reliable defeathering performance under demanding continuous-production conditions.
