Alberk was founded by Nihat Çelik in 1995 with the vision of developing and manufacturing machinery and equipment for the poultry processing industry.

We installed our first complete poultry processing plant with a capacity of 2,000 chickens per hour, marking an important milestone in our evolution from manufacturing individual machines to delivering fully integrated processing plant solutions.

We developed, manufactured, and installed Türkiye’s first locally manufactured turkey slaughtering and processing system, expanding our engineering and manufacturing capabilities into turkey processing technologies.

We completed our first export projects by installing poultry processing plants in Romania, Georgia, and Syria, marking the beginning of Alberk’s expansion into international markets.

We developed and manufactured Türkiye’s first locally produced poultry weighing and grading line, pioneering the domestic production of automatic weighing and grading technologies for poultry processing plants.

We developed an automatic gizzard processing machine for the evisceration process, marking our first step into robotic processing equipment and an important milestone in the development of Alberk’s automated poultry processing technologies.

Continuing our growth across international markets, we expanded our export network to 25 countries and further strengthened Alberk’s presence in the global poultry processing industry.

We developed and manufactured Türkiye’s first locally produced automatic poultry cut-up line, advancing our automation capabilities across poultry processing operations.

We developed and manufactured Türkiye’s first locally produced automatic poultry evisceration line, taking Alberk’s engineering and automation capabilities in poultry processing technologies to a new level.

A new chapter in Alberk’s engineering and management journey began with the joining of Mechanical Engineer Ali Berkem Çelik, the second-generation representative of the Çelik family.

We developed and manufactured Türkiye’s first halal cone line designed to operate without electrical stunning. In the same year, we installed and commissioned the system in Algeria, establishing the country’s first and only non-electric stunning cone line.

Our development work on the Automatic Evisceration Line was recognized by TÜBİTAK for its R&D achievement. This recognition marked an important milestone in Alberk’s engineering, innovation, and product development journey in poultry processing technologies.

We developed and manufactured Türkiye’s first locally produced poultry filleting and deboning machine, further expanding our engineering and product development capabilities in advanced poultry processing technologies.

By expanding our international distribution and dealer network, we increased the number of countries we export to 40, further strengthening Alberk’s global reach and presence in the international poultry processing industry.
