The Alberk Gizzard Control Machine is designed for the final inspection of poultry gizzards after the opening and cleaning processes and for the removal of any remaining membrane or process residues from the internal surfaces. Gizzards are visually inspected by the operator and, when additional cleaning is required, directed to the cleaning shafts for final processing. Rotating cleaning shafts with specially designed surface profiles apply controlled mechanical contact to the internal surface of the gizzard, helping remove residual membrane and remaining process material. The ergonomic workstation allows operators to visually inspect each gizzard and perform additional cleaning only when required, supporting efficient product control while minimizing unnecessary reprocessing. With its stainless steel construction and compact design, the Gizzard Inspection Machine can be integrated into poultry giblet processing lines with different production capacities.
