Automatic Eviscerator

Automatic Eviscerator

The Alberk Automatic Eviscerator is designed for the automatic and controlled removal of the complete viscera pack from poultry carcasses following the vent cutting and opening processes. As carcasses travel suspended from shackles along the processing line, dedicated positioning cradles and guiding systems accurately align each bird according to its anatomy before entering the evisceration units. The processing units enter the carcass cavity in a controlled movement, engage the viscera pack, and extract it from the carcass. Throughout the process, the system is engineered to preserve the integrity of the internal organs and intestines as much as possible, helping reduce the risk of contamination while ensuring that each carcass is correctly prepared for subsequent processing stages. Controlled presentation of the extracted viscera pack also supports efficient downstream inspection and organ processing operations. The multi-station system operates in synchronization with the overhead conveyor and allows machine height and operating position to be adjusted for different carcass sizes. Robust stainless steel construction combined with an integrated automatic station washing system supports continuous, consistent processing performance and effective hygiene control in high-capacity poultry evisceration lines.
