Breast Cup Deboner
Breast Cup Deboner
The Alberk Breast Cup Deboner is designed for the controlled and sequential processing of backless chicken breast portions to separate the skin, breast meat, and remaining carcass components. Products are manually loaded onto dedicated carrier stations and conveyed through a series of processing units by a chain-driven system, enabling the filleting process to be performed progressively and consistently throughout continuous production. During processing, the integrated skinning module removes the skin from the breast, while subsequent guiding and scraping mechanisms separate the breast meat from the bone structure in a controlled manner. The anatomically designed product conveying and positioning system maintains correct product orientation throughout the process, supporting consistent fillet quality and helping minimize unnecessary meat loss. At the end of the process, separated breast fillets, carcass components, and other product parts are directed to their designated discharge points for transfer to subsequent processing stages. Robust stainless steel construction combined with wear-resistant synthetic carrier components provides durable, reliable, and controlled performance for continuous poultry breast filleting operations.
