The Alberk Sorting Line is designed for the individual weighing of poultry carcasses directly on the overhead shackle line and their automatic classification according to predefined weight ranges. Each carcass passes through an integrated weighing station, where its weight data is transmitted to the control system and the appropriate grading destination is automatically determined. The PLC-controlled system automatically releases carcasses from the shackles at the designated pneumatic drop stations according to the defined weight ranges and directs them into the corresponding collection bins. Independent control of each drop station allows multiple weight categories to be configured according to specific production requirements. Products that do not meet defined quality criteria can also be identified by the operator and directed to selected stations for controlled separation. A missed-product detection sensor identifies carcasses that are not released at their designated drop point and supports their redirection within the system. Through PC integration, weighing and grading data can be continuously monitored, recorded, and reported, providing valuable production information for process control, performance analysis, and production planning.
